Oct 18 town meeting and legal discussion

think you guys are a bit confused about how ..WE THE PEOPLE ...PAYING THE TAXES...would like our legal defense money handled in the case of Town Councilwomen trying to find solutions to OUR problems as a town.

First off,you did your best to deny a taxpayer his right to speak, saying that you guys couln't talk about it cause there may be a pending law suit by a developer who didn't like the wording of a discussion about desecration of a cemetery on land he was developing.

That same thing didn't keep Smola from stating a zillion times at the canidate formum, that no matter how the lawsuit that Mr Shelly has against the town come out, he, Mikie, was gonna make it right! Wow! talk about making statements against an upcommming lawsuit!

I think most people of Tyrone would have wanted the approach taken to a developer saying he was gonna sue cause he didn't like the wording of talks about the condition of a cemetery on land he was developing...BRING IT ON!

You see, the rest of us respect our town founders, one of which may be laying half way in a ditch on said property! ....AND... we respect CEMETERIES...and the graves in them!
