Tyrone Forum Emergency

Mark Darrow is the man who spoke at the Candidates Forum, and tried to trash Don Rehwaldt. He was recruited by Barry and Smola to smear a good citizen. Darrow is one of Barry's Boys having been appointed to represent Tyrone citizens in the Downtown Redevelopment Plan. Darrow is identified in the Comprehensive Plan as a major stakeholder representing Tyrone neighborhoods, institutions and districts. All stakeholders according to the plan are supposed to bring the town together in a "spirit of cooperation". What he actually did at the forum was trash Rehwaldt's constitutional rights to freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the constitutional provision of separation of Church and State. Darrow should be removed from the Comprehensive Planning Commission for violating Tyrone's Ethics Law. For Smola's part, the voters should reject him as not worthy of holding the Mayor's job. The Town Manager is supposed to be neutral in political elections and therefore, should be fired for operating outside of his duties.

This unethical conduct is covered in Ordinance#381 [2000]. Sect. 320 provides for standards of ethical conduct and states that Town officials must discharge their duties impartially so as to assure fairness and foster public confidence in the integrity of Town Hall. This is a law that has never been enforced.

It think everyone promised themselves and said that God expected more of them than to go his level, but gee, you just have to read it...I can't help it...the devil made me do it...go read...This is why we don't see him on the Citizen debate page...he can't ...cause everyone would ripp him for what he is taking credit for....He can only put this garbage where other candidates and people that know better can't read it...MIKE SMOLA...YOU HAVE BEEN OUTED!

1. 'He studies laws and ordinances that affect our citizens' -by supporting Ord.#454 to take uses from the businesses.

2.'He judges ice cream eating contest at Founders Day' - which might be the best job for him! Maybe he can also be the bunny at Easter!

3. 'It is his honor to serve citizens'- by ignoring and humiliating them at council meetings.

4. 'The ability to translate vision into results.' 1/2 acres lots in Rivercrest, zoning it for duplexes will be quite a vision!

5. Yea, a part-time Mayor will allow Barry to continue as always,as a full time despot! and we KNOW you can't be anything but a PART TIME MAYOR...cause you got a FULL TIME JOB!

6. Smola sure wants to silence voices of elected officials and citizens cause the cemetery got damaged on "HIS WATCH".

7. Let's get this straight: Mike you installed a fountain in Shamrock Park....Where is it?
The one that is there was purchased with BOW sales and DONATION from Citizens and Businesses! You complained about the cost of electricity to run it and mostly because because the TOWN'S electrical box was out of code.

SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING CREDIT.. the citizens AKA the Voters know who contributed time and money when the TOWN OFFICIALS WOULD NOT.

8. 'He says he doesn't support high density'- just votes for 8-houses on one acre across from Shamrock Park!

Wow. It appears that your Smola is trying to emmulate Harry Reid as Harry tried to take credit for the $4,400,200.00 that was raised for the Marine Corp Law Enforcement Scholarship Fund by Rush Limbaugh while auctioning off Harry's whiney letter. LOL! Smiling
