First BCS poll of the year

Well,
The first BCS poll is out and as a fan this does not appear to be as controversial as some in the past. I would have to agree wit the top 10; especially Ohio Sate, South Florida, Boston, LSU and Oklahoma taking the first five spots. What do you all think?

It's pretty cool to see BC up that high - hope it lasts but they still have a slew of tough games left (Virginia Tech, Clemson and Miami).

I have a feeling Ohio State runs the table and gets to the National Championship and then there will be a bunch of teams with one loss and a huge argument on who is supposed to play in the final.

As for UGA above Tennessee, I don't get it, but I like it.

Mike,
Ohio State certainly has a good chance, BC has to play at VT and South Florida is at Rutgers this week, Thursday I believe. There is a good chance these two can lose!
As computer rankings go, LSU, Florida and USC still have a good chance because in the end the coaches Harris poll will come into effect.
Could be another controversial ending!

Georgia gets a bye every year for 2-3 games.
They get a bowl with a 6-6 record.
A good bowl with a 7-5 record.
It is ticket sales to rednecks! Get it?

Under Mark Richt (the last six years), the Bulldogs have had only two seasons with over three losses.
