Well Thank you Everyone for your POSTS. I will not post for a few days while I am out of town. When I return I am going to do some investigative work on this matter and see what can be uncovered.

My most important point is that everyone is trying to say this girl is a "Horrible,Terrible, Morally Bankrupt" person. You have judged her before she is Judged by a Jury of her peers. You have simply heard a few opinions and have come to your own conclusions. As I said before I would love to see this case tried on facts alone instead of Public Outcry. Someone that reads these Blogs may very well be on the jury, and would these blogs sway their judgement? Probably! My main point is none of us has the facts in this case and yet so many has already TRIED CONVICTED and SENTENCED this young woman.

I am going to clear the air about a few points.

First RAIN. On the day of the accident, I had been in Fulton County, and Cowetta County. It had rained on me at several different times throughout the day. It was dusk as I drove through, and the roads were wet. I had assumed it had been raining. SHAME ON ME!!!! Before I posted I checked to see if it had been raining that day, on weatherhistory.com. It said it had been raining in the area. If I was wrong, I was wrong.

Secondly, Someone stated that I said I had been called to accident scene and I was there in an hour. This person need to learn how to read. THIS WAS NEVER SAID!!!!
Iwas actually delivering some documents to an attorney on this day and happened to be passing through.
I haven't even said that I was working on this case. DO NOT PUT WORDS INTO MY BLOG THAT I DID NOT TYPE!!

Third Speed.

To the person who stated that so what if he was drunk or speeding, she still caused the accident and therefore is completely at fault.Your an idiot.IF he wasn't speeding( and I'm not saying he was) then maybe he would have had more reaction time to actually stop his vehicle. If he had been drinking( not saying he was)...well that is a no brainer.If there are contibutory factors that could all the difference in the world in whether or not this woman is guilty of the crimes she is charged with.

I also like the way everyone wants to attack me and not really talk about the facts of this case. My intial BLOG was mostly questions. I see cases like this quite often, and asked some questions, yet, everyone wants to attack me for asking these important questions. I just believe that we Americans are Innocent until proven guilty, and I see everyone saying what a piece of garbage this woman is, and yet you dont know her or the remorse that she may or may not feel.

Like I have said she has been TRIED, CONVICTED and SENTENCED before she even appears in front of the Judge. Everyone has passed judgement!!!!
Is this what America has become? In the old days would you have already taken her out and had her hung? Would you have formed a lynch mob and taken her into the woods to the tallest tree?

This case basically stems down to, this was an accident. She may have used poor judgement on her turn, maybe the Porsche was going fast enough to throw her judgement off, maybe she didnt see the Porsche, maybe the Porsche wasn't speeding...who knows for sure.

Fact is none of us knows for sure. The final Police reports have not been released nor have the death certificates, so the facts remain blurry at best.

Are there any witnesses to this accident on this blog? If so are you willing to testify? I will post on this BLOG when I have more facts in this matter.

You stated that your first blog was "mostly questions"....excuse me? You accused ME of crucifying Melissa Painter! I have every right to respond on this site, and if you don't like it then don't read it. Further more, Mrs. Painter has a computer, let her get on here and defend herself if she so chooses.
You seem quite passionate about this case when you claim to not know anyone involved....hmmmm I smell a big fat rat!

What difference will all your blogs make? The outcome of this case will be decided upon in court. Probably both criminal and civil. Perhaps you need to make yourself available to her defense team if you think you can help her. One thing, and you better rattle this around in that empty shell of a head, you could be hurting her more than helping her. So chill out and spare us your impersonation act.

You come here and attack Barbie Dunn, you make reerences to her marriage and divorce, which nothing to do with the discussion and you do this several times in the first blog. If your going to investigate something, investigate why your such a jerk, investigate your agenda here which has nothing to do with justice. By the way, blaming the dead guy is such a classless act that it makes you beyond contempt. GO AWAY, you bring nothing to the table.
