If the Wal wanted to knock down gawds own house across the street & pay for all the re-zoning b.s.... Why aren't they all over this real estate bargain?

I believe it's because there would be no "feather in his cap" to the corporate person responsible for opening NEW locations. It's too simple for these people to understand.
