Resignation of Tyrone Police Chief

Tyrone Police Chief Mullis resigned yesterday after only 5 months on the job. There's something "Barry" stinking here. The Chief had worked in Tyrone for about 15 years. Don't believe whatever the official reason is for his resignation. I wonder if the Chief was being pressured to do something wrong by Barry and didn't want to get caught up in it? Let's find out the real reason. Smola may also be involved because he tried to get Rehwaldt fired from a part time job at the Police Dept. The resignations we really want are Barry Amos and Valerie Fowler. They went together to a conference in Savannah this past weekend. How very convenient.

It is sad. If the Tyrone officials don't watch it, there will be more of them leaving too. They need to start treating their employees better. I expect too much out of them I know. They treat the citizens the same way. The only way you get treated good in Tyrone is if you are a developer and want to produce a high density development.

Good for Mullis....He is a great guy, has character and honor and thus he is totally incompatible with Amos.

Let's see, since Roger Spencer passed away we have had two chiefs and now we are looking for a third. Do you think this may have anything to do with how Town Hall is run? Tyrone is in deep need of leadership.

Just ask Denny Nelson, Ronnie Bartlett, Kathy Allgood, Don Rehwaldt, Les Cash, etc, etc, etc.

All that Barry, Valerie and the Smolas have brought to the Town is embarrassment, scandal and discord. Between the lack of morals, the arrest, etc., somebody should come in with a broom and sweep up the mess.

Barry Amos just ran Chief Mullis off. Why are we letting this dope get away with this?
