You're probem is easily identifiable and solvable. You see, that Commodor 64 has got to go. Keep in mind that you also need to upgrade well beyond Windows 3.0 before you start seeing better performace while browsing.

If my solution doesn't work just ask Bad PTC. He mumbles that computer stuff of in his sleep.

Commodore 64, I wish I had one of modern computers. Mine is a Radio Shack TRS80. Some us are very cheap!!!!!
