Vick's Plea

If I understand it correctly, I may be in trouble myself!
Vick pled guilty to knowing about dog fighting and even watching dog fighting.
I once watched pigs getting killed---outright murder by rifle and pig sticking knives! I have seen several movies where bulls have been stabbed repeatedly with sharp stickers, and then stabbed with a sword into the heart! I even once saw a large bull-fighting ring in Barcelona that I didn't report!
There are factories in Georgia where millions of chickens are butchered weekly, then they are eaten!
Now, I admit, no one gambles on the outcome of the pig, bull and chicken deaths. There is no doubt as to the outcome. They don't kill each other either to try and stay alive---it doesn't do any good.
The old Roman gladiators could stay alive as long as they were able to kill their competitor each week---but let's face it, sooner or later some big, ugly, mean, strong dude comes along who gets you!
Fogs don't realize that, I suppose, that one day they won't win!
I just hope I get off as easy as Vick does, or maybe better.
The Richie woman got 82 minutes in jail today I heard, since all the jails were full in California. Lohan plans on staying in rehab indefinitely, providing she can party at night.
Those poor dogs don't even get to party---they have to exercise on a merry go round all night to build up their stamina. All of it is a sport, you know?

when this thug trash is in prison and married to bubba joe. As far as a fine; Arthur is going to take care of that to the tune of 22 million dollars. I hope all this sends a message, but I doubt it will.

He tortured those dogs. If they had been given lethal injection I don't think anyone would care. They were tortured when they were trained to kill, and then he tortured them to kill them for not performing well.

I think the guards at his prison should torture him everytime HE doesn't perform well. Now that would be justice. Jeffery Dahmer started out the same way.....by torturing animals.......lets cut this cancer from society. Hopefull the prison population will bring some justice.

Vick committed a felony. He bankrolled an illegal gambling activity. Whether any of these things he did involved pit bulls has nothing to do with the simple fact that he broke the law and should be punished accordingly. I'm tired of these thugs that call themselves "athletes" that think they can get away with anything. I say put him in a "Federal Pound Me in the #*% Prison" (You have to be a fan of the movie "Office Space" to appreciate that line)

Meh, I dunno. Last I checked murder I checked murder was a felon but that lady up north killed shot her preacher husband in the back with a shotgun because he liked weird sex and got 7 months...

Kinda seems weird to serve more time for killin some dogs than killing a man, but thats just me.

Mary Winkler was charged with murder, which could have sent her to prison for up to 60 years, but a jury found her guilty of voluntary manslaughter following an emotional trial in which she testified about suffering years of verbal and physical abuse.

But on the stand, Mary Winkler described a hellish 10-year marriage during which, she said, her husband struck her, screamed at her, criticized her and blamed her when things went wrong. She said he made her watch pornography and wear "slutty" costumes for sex, and that he forced her to submit to sex acts that made her uncomfortable.

Vis was a rich punk that thought he could do whatever he wanted.

I said was because he's about to find out what broke and unemployed feels like.

Ron Mexico had problems long before he got nailed for dog fighting.

At least Mary Winkler admitted what she had done, from the beginning. Vic tried to lie his way out and got caught in that lie.

The NFL and all other major sports organizations should make it mandatory that if a player makes over a million dollars a year to play a game, that they have a intelligence that God gave a rock.

Vic's should have been arrested on the left coast. Then he could have plead ignorance, the truth, and would have gotten away with it.
