Dope-right here in river city!

If you don't buy these musical instruments I'm a sellin, SOS your kids will occupy their time, they will be in the pool hall! And that spells pool!

Or something like that.

All kids don't like "soccer," or any sport for that matter.

All kids don't have a golf cart to jump from woods to woods, partying.

All kids don't have parents who go to Timbuktu every other week and leave them alone.

All kids don't live in ghettos where you survive by belonging to gangs.

Peachtree City teenagers need a gathering place, just like the old folks!
I know it would make the town employees work harder to supervise it, and would even cost money if they let Halliburton run it, but we need it!

Not just an "it" either, but a pool, a gym, a game room, a study hall, a library, a dance room, a learning center for how to write checks, balance check books, learn to drive, how to eat, etc.

Scheduled trips, from there, chaperoned, should be available.

Kids are important!

I believe it is called the Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center, the Tennis Center/Learning center or classrooms attached, the city library that the taxpayers just remodeled.

The only problem is all of those places have what teens hate more than their parents........SUPERVISION, and RULES. The don't provide the kids with drugs and alcohol. They enforced the rules at the "teen center" in Fayetteville thats why it closed. No drugs or alcohol allowed.

Note to parents if you can't afford them, or don't have time to spend with them or to discipine them............STOP HAVING THEM! No on else wants to take on your responsibility.

They don't serve alcohol or drugs at the places you mentioned either!
They closed the cheap center in Fayetteville due to lack of interst by SUPERVISION, mostly.
Go ahead, punish the kids for their parents lack of interest.
I would have thought you would have seen enough of that from Rivercity!

I'm just trying to explain to you why the kids wouldn't use a "teen center" and why they don't use the many facilities we have available in the city. Some kids use our very generous amenties, but most do not.

Why don't you just say that you don't want anything else for kids. They are too much trouble, and you wouldn't volunteer there to help!
Parents don't put their kids under the bed any more as maybe you were!
