Hershey, PA & Connecticut

Two unusual things happened in the two subject places recently.
In Hershey, the Mayor and council passed a law that anyone who hires illegals will be fined $500 a day for each one, and anyone who rents to an illegal will be fined $1000 per day/ per illegal! I may have forgotten the exact amounts, but they were high, and with some jail, I think. It is to be enforced.
In Connecticut, two men robbed and raped and killed three women and girls, and beat the husband severely with a bat, after taking the wife to the bank to get money. Then they set the house on fire and burned some of them to death.
They were caught back at the house, since the wife passed a note to the teller.
Now, further things that happened that make it even more unusual:
The business men in Hershey don't want the law against illegals. For example, one said that for instance a car wash can pay the illegal $10 per hour and no social security or workers comp. necessary.
If he hires legal citizens they cost $13.50, plus social security and worker's comp. That would amount to all the profit he makes! Car wash prices now are too high and volume is low due to the cost. Business may die if he raises prices! Plus, they work hard.
The unusual thing about the Connecticut murders is this: If you have noticed, when something of this nature happens in Atlanta, there are numerous vigils and marches, collecting money and criticizing law enforcement. In Connecticut, when the reporter asked the reporter at the scene what the neighbors had to say, she said: well, it is in the papers and on TV as an announcement! No neighbors out!
My conclusion is this: quit washing the chocolate off your car very often and move out of Connecticut to Jersey!

they're all the same, right? The referenced news piece occurred in Hazleton, PA, not Hershey. There is no mayor in Hershey.
Is this representative of the quality of journalism at TheCitizen?

You are correct.
Every time that I don't check one, it is incorrect.
Thank you.

Hershey is chocolate!
Car washes going to get expensive!
Although "Jersey" is really a dangerous place, obviously not so much as Hershey, PA!
The rest of it seems pretty clear to me.

Mexican cost less to hire than American citizens.
Hershey candy is made in Hershey, PA.
It costs more to wash your car twice, than once.
Hire Americans--car wash costs go up
Hire Mexicans---car wash costs hold steady
Kemo sabe, kemo sabe, me Tonto!
