Silence of the Lambs
The evidence has become dreadfully convicting due to the terrible errors of the last six years of this federal administration. So convicting, that many of those blindly loyal dudes of 4-5 years ago are abandoning their defense of the obviously, terrible mistakes.
No, not mistakes.....planned stupidity.
The only reason that the others who were involved are still silent is that there might be a slight possibility that they might get re-elected if the say no more, either way.
It now has nothing to do with liberal and conservative true policy differences (dribble down theory, up with boot straps, what's good for GM is good for USA, etc.) but, with what on earth do we do with these horrible people? Do we impeach them or just hope they die out in a year or so?
The army can be salvaged---at least the soldiers, I'm not so sure of the senior leadership.
The debt maybe can be handled without a devaluation.
The Supreme Court needs a deep cleaning and the elimination of the 5 to 4 votes.
Most of congress and the senate need to be history---with the election of new representatives who promise no more than two terms, in writing.
I have no answer for our relations with the rest of the world. Our days of dictating their policy are gone.
We will just have to try to provide leadership for our government who can bargain an even trade of the best we can get.
Those who want to fight all the time will try to prevail, but without the big bombs, they won't succeed.
