Rub the lamp

A genie will allow you to bring back a former Atlanta Brave (in his prime) for the second half of this season. Who do you choose? Do I hear any votes for Jeff Blauser?

I would choose Greg Maddux and cruise to the World Series.

There's probably a pretty good argument for Mark Wohlers or John Rocker in their best season.

Sain and pray for rain!
Anybody who can hit with people on base when runs are needed. Rose maybe?

Greg Maddux would be nice, but the guy can't win in the post season. A young Fred McGriff or a young Dave Justice to move them around the bases would be nice. You can't win if you can't score.

Great responses, folks....Aaron and Matthews would be great, of course.

If you want to think of a player from the '90's, how about Terry Pendleton...Leadership, clutch hitting...Put him (if he were younger) at first base.

How about among current players to trade for? How about a class, high skilled ball player that gets along with everyone--- put Ken Griffey Junior in left.

I said it before--- I love the Braves but man oh man are the Mets good. Did you see where Reyes went from home to second in 7.5 seconds ?
