The TDK lawsuit

I read the Citizen article about the law suit and I don't have any idea what the decision, if any, was.
Is the judge saying that ARC can make us build Coweta developers a bridge to our roads or otherwise Fayette won'tbe getting any more money for roads (from Whom)?
Why don't we quit paying whoever is giving us this money back, and build just what roads we want?
Isn't that the republican philosophy anyway?
Or does that rule only apply to health costs and welfare that they don't want?
Wouldn't it be better for some local politician to just tell us the truth:
exactly when the bridge will be built and under what circumstances.

It sounds like if we build the road it has to be 4 lanes. That's easy, let's not build it at all.

coweta needs to 6 lane fisher rd. problem solved! coweta pays for their own mess, instead of expecting a welfare road.
