DUI and Golf Carts

Why are the comments about the DUI golf cart ticket being cut off by the newspaper?
I don't remember the Town Manager's case at the Amphitheater being cut off!
News is news. All tickets aren't news, are they? However, it does hurt a poor tramp to have his name printed up just as much as it does the mayor's son.
Some tickets and arrests (if arrests are necessary) are usually printed in the blotter anyway, but I'm not sure even ALL of those are printed. I do know many are dropped.
All I'm saying with this dribble is that we need to be careful to be fair to all humans and assure justice no matter who they are---not make decisions based upon possibilities.

If you had taken math in school you would know that .135 is greater then .08 which is drunk in Georgia, but at least you did learn to spell racist.
