Trees Down by Braelinn Shopping Center

Hoosier Fan's picture

I was driving down Peachtree Parkway (PTP) yesterday evening and noticed that a bunch of trees were down in the area along PTP behind the K-Mart. Can anybody explain what's going on without injecting some nasty comment about our mayor or another local or national politician?

Thanks!

Given all the ref's to a pawn shop in PTC, I'm beginning to think this might be a good business to git in. I am also pretty convinced by the # of perps the cops lure down here that an inserction or foreplay store would do very well. I'm thinking somewhere over on Dividend near where the TDK connector will be built so I can git the Coweta crowd. We've always got their liquor business since they ain't got no package stores on that side of the creek.
Whata yal'll think?

That property has been zoned commercial for quite a while, and they are going ahead with an office park on the site.

It's not green space, it's privately owned commercial zoned property.

I saw that also. If you go back further into the parking lot there is a whole area that has been clear cut. Maybe for a pawnshop?? Typical.

I don't know but I'll guess they have what they wnt cut already cut. Time now for Town to say whoa, that will cost you a $1.00 for that. Don't do it again!
