Guns, suicide bombs, poison, fires, etc.

If there are guns and ammunition available, and they will be forever, then anybody that wants one will have one. I have three---rusting.
Forget gun control, concentrate on people control.
If the bad guys can't get you one way, they wil get you another. Check out Iraq and Afghanistan if you don't believe what I say!
Find out why they want to get you and solve that instead of saying, I can shoot more guns than you can, so have at it.
I don't want my water and food poisoned; I don't want fires of big building everyday; I don't want suicide bombers floating around everywhere; I don't want a brick upside my head everytime I turn a corner.

A Solution?

For discussion's sake let's suppose that of the top ten reasons that "they" want to get us, one is simple envy. Now, that being determined, do we start giving them whatever they ask? If your answer is yes, do we place restrictions, or do we take the "democratic" approach and continue to give until it becomes legalized blackmail. I do not speak for anyone but myself, and I'm overtaxed already and besides I prefer to choose the beneficiaries of my charity.
Solving why they feel the way they do is easy--change the way they think as a group. Give them choices--prosperity in a civilized capitalistic manner or being buried together with swine entrails. This technique has worked in the past, specifically in the Phillipines when then Cpt Pershing did just that to some ninety radicals.

Why would they not wnt to get us? We invaded them and ruined the country. Saddam was about gone anyway.
We do have a serious problem now due to that terrible mistake.
Do you want to send the 500,000 more over there now? To do what?
Syria also? Iran, also? On and on.

What I described for several of you, who didn't understand the probable happenings to come here, has been caused by our bully attitude towards the oldest nation on the face of the earth, and right in the middle of Muslim empires.
We will have brought it to us by ignorance.
Bush trying to delay the escape from there until he has left is the reason for the current push by the democrats. They don't want to try to clean it up after the next election.

Whereever you see the word "property" it used to mean Africans slaves and women.

I got a quarter of the way through and my eyes glossed over, criss crossed and then rolled into the back of my head causing me to fall backwards and hitting my head.
