Any potential tenants at the old "Buckhead Brewery" Bldg?

Just curious if anybody has heard anything about potential tenants for the "Buckhead Brewery" building on Hwy 54. Such a nice building, just sitting there. I realize the owner got into troubles with a few locations. I believe the Stockbridge location now has a "meat & 3" located in the old site. Not exactly what I had in mind.

Seems to me an upscale Steak House would be perfect for the site. Possibly one of the PappaDeaux's could take a look at it.

Old Mill

Olde Mill is part of the Malone's chain. They have another one on the northside. I miss that place. The original owners who ran it into the ground before Malone's came in and who also still own the building must be glad to no longer be collecting rent and instead looking at a vacant building.

Old Mill owners

I loved the Old Mill Steakhouse until the owners tried to raise the rent too much and the restaurant went out of business.

How about they open a Old Mill II like Partners II.

A bugaboo creek would fit the decor also.

Mill and Brewery

Last I heard Old Mill had another location in their scope. But I know thing beyond that.

As for the Brewery, not a clue. It is a good location but an expensive building.
