I think what everyone wants to know is HOW are you going to make this a better place to live. Are you going to be able to talk to, and not down to, the citizens?
Can you relate to your employees and motivate them to work harder? A motivated troop is a productive troop.
What is your relationship history with other Law Enforcement? How about the public?
It appears, on paper, that you could definately do the job, but, what about the people who work around you now? Would they follow you if you were to leave?
What I am getting at is you can have all the experience in the world, be Captain of chess team and have the high score on Galaga, but, what can you do for Fayette County and how will you do it? Its obvious that YOU have YOUR vote, but remember, the public is who votes you in.
