Strange Justice?

Two attractive, young, and "stylish," women robbed a bank near Atlanta, in conjunction with a male teller who was in on it.
They will not be charged with bank robbery, as that is a very serious amount of jail time. I wonder if they had been two male, or minority, 19 year olds, in conjunction with a teller, if they would have been charged with bank robbery?
The female astronaut, Nowak, originally charged with attempted murder, will NOT be charged with attempted much of anything. Probably cat fighting.
I wonder if the governor's (any governor) kid had loaded up compressed disabling sprays, long lengths of rubber tubing, guns with compressed air, and other miscellaneous items in a black bag, and into their car, put on a diaper and desperately drove 900 miles to intercept another person they didn't like, would they be charged? Answer is NO!
Now, however, if you are male, and an ill communicator, and grab a loaf of bread and some bologna and run, you WILL get ten years, first offense.
It seems that some people have "temporary" lapses, and other people are not allowed those.
