Can you link us to the article, maybe bad_ptc can? We seem to have gone down hill. 1 or 2 years ago we were listed in the top ten?? Now a small city out west, is doing everything they can so they won't be another PTC.... How quickly bad news travels.

This small city is on my list for places to retire to so I'm not going to mention the name here.....lest our shoddy slacker developers try to move there before all of their ordinances to protect them are in place.

PTC is featured in Atlanta Magazine March 2007 issue.
Also has info about Fayetteville and Fayette Co.
I have a subscription and received mine today.
