Has the check been written?

For the Tennis Center? Are we paying it in payments? At what interest rate---might that give the debtors ALL of their money in the long run? Why do I distrust some to watch out for US? Were the lawyers the first paid? (dumb ass question).
Do we have a right to know these things or are we too dumb to know?
Somebody said on here that we may have spent a million dollars "studying" the bridge and road into and out of Coweta at TDK. Why would we do that unless it was just to see what we needed to do---not whether we needed to do it?
Were those checks written and to whom?
I haven't seen a PTC city budget published for a long time. Did I miss it or isn't it published anymore? Maybe it just said "took in so many millions--spent so many millions."
Would anyone say that the villages across the county line might destroy PTC as has the clayton pavilion in Fayetteville?
There is no longer any doubt whether or not PTC is a "planned community" or simply a balls out development. It is a game many new developments play over 10-15 years.

The easiest way to determine whether Peachtree City has cut a check for something is to determine if Mayor Logsdon's base benefits from it or not.
