"PTC considers settling Tennis Center lawsuit for $920,407"

That way we can see if anyone really cares.

Waste of time. 90% no, 10% yes (ones involved--developers, members, etc.) Taxpayers pay a debt with their taxes, no!
Be like Fox's Bill O'Riley polls on the internet: Since only his mindset of people participate, all his polls are 90% positive.
Same poll nationwide for O'Riley: 60% no, 40% yes.
Tennis center poll at a council meeting of councilmembers: 1 against, rest for paying it.
Didn't former mayor Lenox offer once to pay for it out of his pocket?

Well, bad ptc, maybe it was Carriage Lane...When the developer wanted to do a project that competed with PCDC, Lenox blurted out from the chair "What's your property worth, I'll buy it." The guy said $900,000. Then the developer and Mayor Lenox went behind closed doors (assisted by the taxpayer paid city attorney) emerging with an announced deal that Lenox would buy it...Apparently his wife took the rolling pin to him because he reneged about a week later.
