You didn't answer so I'll just "assume" you missed it.

Have any of you ever thought to ask a question of someone that’s writing your story for you?

Is there some hidden agreement with the Citizen and anything that looks official that no questions will be asked?

Is there anyway you could find it in your journalistic endeavors to ask a question?

The TD story.

For starters, why hasn’t the deal gone down?

Is it being held up?

What’s the hold up?

Who’s holding it up?

Why are they holding it up?

How are they holding it up?

If so, for what reason is it being held up?

Throw “when” in there just for fun.

Does the Citizen have anyone acting in the capacity of an “investigative journalist”?

Why is it that I have never read “when asked why the party said…”.

Remember, reporters write what they’re told, journalists write what they’ve learned.

If you want to put the fear of God in people when walk into a room, make it known that you are going to ask them questions and they may just have to give you an answer.

Because if they don’t, you can print that too.

Simply interview Mitchell and ask him the obvious questions.
Oh, so he's out of town and unavailable? Then interview his Marketing Director. Oh, she can't talk until Mitchell gets back in town? Well, interview the EVP. Oh, he retired and the new guy isn't there yet. OK, how about the receptionist? She's probably good-looking, so that could be fun.

There are you tips, John. Go get 'em.

Why don't you give me a call if you have some inside info if you think it's so easy. Phone 770-719-1880.

If you think I'm holding any details back for any reason, you are sadly mistaken. But if you've got a good tip for me I'm all ears.

Did you ask? A lot of the releases from city and county officals that are printed appear distorted to one side, and are not questioned for some reason. The annual tax increases, decreases, no increases, no increases here but not there, etc,. is one example. Are we paying more money or not is the question? By the way, what questions have been asked lately as to the status of the tennis center debt and what are the lawyers fees paid to date, and accumulated by the bank for collection from me? There are many others.
I realize these sort of things would tick some off in government. So be it, I say.

Hi John

I'm happy to answer your question. I have no inside or outside information at all.

After reading your article I'm left with nothing but questions.

Questions that I was hoping you would have asked and gotten answers to.

Why don't you start off by telling us that you asked any of the questions I listed above? If you did ask the questions, what were the answers?

If you didn't ask any questions, then please tell us why not?

Last time I answered these questions I was censored.

The answers to most of your questions center around Mitchell and Pathways and his enormous unfilled ego. He thinks he can control the TDK extension and just loves the fact that the mayor actually has to come to him and ask for a meeting. The "other" road extension has to do with Pathways getting access to property they can develop - on a roadway that someone else has built for them.

Cal's reluctance to answer may have something to do with who buys advertising in his (and Frank Caywood's) newspaper.

Journalism, my butt.

How come the mayor is representing the city? It's pretty clear by now that he received a substantial contribution from Pathway. What's the deal with the October 1 deadline? Brown says it's all a con game. It's hard not to believe him now that it's October 18.

Vote Republican (except Westmoreland)

Now wait a minute sir, let's don't destroy a form of communication here (web blogs) by dragging in other owners of the Citizen, such as Mr. Cawood, or is that K. Wood? Anyway nothing is going to be printed anyway about non-public officials, although they advertise in thousands, no millions, of issues of dime store issues of publications for life saving remedies, and, hire enormous quantities of people here, apparently, due to a lonnnnng running ad in the paper. There are some things where the buck truly does stop. We can't afford full free speech, you know?

Are we being censored by the almighty Cal?

That's the way I'm thinking as well.

It's a shame that Cal, et al think I'm going to let this go unanswered.
