A conversation came up today between a friend and I regarding spanking children. I stated that I don't believe in "beating" a child, but I think that spanking is okay, and he replied that any parent who spanks a child will go to jail.

There has to be a way to get affordable housing in Tyrone without resorting to stacking apartments. High, I happen to know a few builders, and I am going to seriously speak with them to see if there can be some sort of one-story affordable housing made.
