11th Service of Remembrance and Hope this past Wednesday
night I shared again these thoughts with the good folks who nearly filled
our sanctuary. Many commented afterwards that they were helpful. I only
pray that they might be helpful again to you as you read them here.
Patriotism

unspeakable. How unthinkable, but that's what I had done. I committed
this sin in a dangerous place, in the depths of my mind. God's Word
says, "as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." Proverbs 23:7.
