Fayette County High School juniors Jenna Mobley and Sam Beck were selected as the winners of the Coweta-Fayette EMC Washington Youth Tour Essay contest. They were selected from 57 essays submitted from Fayette and Coweta counties. The students had a choice of several essay topics including the effects of deregulation and green power's benefits for our future.

Management students are honored

The Clayton State chapter of the Society for Advancement of Management received national recognition when it was presented the first place SAM Campus Chapter Performance Program award for large chapters by the 2002 International Conference, held in McLean, Va.
