Fairburn: No funding for MARTA

Fairburn has jumped on the bandwagon and voted Monday night not to extend the MARTA contract until a more equitable funding solution is found.

After nearly two years of discussions, the city of Fairburn Monday approved a contract to provide Tyrone sewer capacity.

The Provider Network Childcare Management Inc. will host its third annual fund-raising dinner Sunday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel near the Atlanta airport.
