No, they have not caught him yet.

Also, just a bit of information for the general public... BOLO means "Be On the Lookout" and is not the person's name. I only say this because I know various officers have been asked if they caught "Mr. Bolo" or if they know what "Bolo's" last name is. BOLO is not his name. They do not know his name. That would be a big help, if they did Smiling
