I believe the robbery took place today, Thursday, instead of Tuesday as stated.

Thanks for catching that Helen. I was more focused on the salient facts of the robbery itself and trying to listen to the scanner for any last-minute update as the staff held the paper for this one.

The online version has been corrected.

Staff writer John Munsford likes to throw in little "gotchas" in the online versions of his stories just to see if people are paying attention.

You'll notice in another article he referred to Whitewater principal Greg Stillions as "Greg Stallions" too.

Good catch on the Tues/Thurs switcheroo, though!
