Fairburn Arrest Log Why not Fayette?

Why is the Fairburn Arrest log published in this paper? I guess the better question is why isnt a log from Fayette county, and all Fayette cities published in this paper?

Probably it would lower property values, or embarrass the guilty. God forbid criminals would be embarrassed.

I've seen the arrests for Fayette et al.
