yes, it will move your vote from one to the other. You can change your vote as many times as you wish, but only one vote per IP address will count.

It records every vote separate, regardless of IP.

Try it. Pick your candidate and see the vote count. Vote. It will increase by 1.

The only way to stop multiple voting is for Admin to turn on the function letting only logged in members to vote. Then the vote is logged by member ID on the DB.

When not logged in one is a guest.

Logging IP numbers is a separate function. Often requires a mod or module to be installed. Drupal, used here, is a modular script.

Had I known Kevin Duffy would have answered questions about this I would have called him myself.

If I'm not mistaken the officer's wife also said that the reporter confirmed the information came from a County Commissioner.

If this is true this should have all been brought out and resolved before all of the elections. I didn't vote for Dunn but it doesn't seem fair if he took a partial hit on this and didn't do it.

Linda Wells needs to answer this in this forum if she wants the votes from this venue.

Harvey, Don't frett about NOT voting for Dunn. He is guilty of participating in an interview with Kevin Duffy that allowed an Officer's family member to be named in the newspaper.
As chairman he should have protected any confidential information from being printed in the newspaper.

I would like to hear a response from Linda Wells on the matter.

I don't know what authority uh oh is on the matter either but I read a post from an officer's wife who said she intended to file an ethics complaint. We all know that will take time and we can not know the results of such action before the election.

When Eric Maxwell was accussed of something he did not think he was guilty of he logged on, in his own name, and responded to the accusation.

This accusation against Wells has been raised before. She is in what will be a close race. I would like to hear her public response to the charge of leaking the officer's and his families name to the press.

If she did not do it she should simply say she did not do it.

I am not sure if we will ever hear from Linda Wells in this forum, however, Janet Dunn may send in a note or two for Linda like she did her husband.
Janet Dunn had a way of speaking for other people when they did not want to speak for themselves...
