On June 19, , Peachtree City’s Tim Hannon and Group VI Corporation celebrated the groundbreaking of a 22,000 square foot building for Allspeed, a locally owned business, which specializes in automobile performance, DYNO tuning, repair and maintenance. Allspeed’s new site is located directly behind the Peachtree City Post Office and the Avenue Retail Center. Allspeed was formerly located at 301 Kelly Drive in Peachtree City and is currently located in a temporary facility at 405 Dividend Drive, Peachtree City. Allspeed will not be your typical automotive repair shop, it will offer a comfortable atmosphere for customers and clients as well as a climate controlled area for the mechanics and technicians with viewing areas to see the work being preformed. According to Allspeed owner, Tim Hannon, “The new location will provide our customers a great waiting area and other perks including golf carts to travel to and from the Avenue so our customers can easily shop and relax while they wait.” Group VI is currently finalizing plans for the building and will complete the facility in fourth quarter 2006. Group VI, a full service construction, development and real estate firm headquartered in Peachtree City, has completed numerous office, medical, industrial, religious and commercial projects throughout the Southeast and currently has active projects throughout Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and North Florida. login to post comments |
