I think Maxwell takes it by a landslide. I'm predicting more than 60% for him. I may be wrong but if I am all of the Dunn supporters have been in hiding and have denied any intent to vote for him. If he wins it will be with embarassed and hidden support. That will be sad.

The other Commission race is the one that will be fun to watch and is harder to call. Mainly because Linda Wells pushed Dunn out front to do the dirty work and kept her hands relatively clean except among the small percentage who truly know her. She still, however, will suffer damage because the Sheriff holds her largely to blame for a lot of the law suits.

For that I think she will pull 35 maybe 38%. I cannot believe from what I hear that she can win without a runoff. I don't believe she can win a runoff.

So I predict Dunn and Wells are out but it may take August to be rid of Linda.

Janet's gonna have a bad night.

I predict they win. I'm more positive about Wells than Dunn, but time will tell.

Turnout in Fayette County will be 32% to 35% (27,000 votes, give or take). 85% will be in the Republican primary, 15% Democratic primary.
