Landmark Christian School earned region titles last week in the region 5-A meet, which was held at Our Lady of Mercy High School.

The top five runners for the Landmark boys were:
• Chad Thames, 4, 16:52
• Brett Lewis, 7, 17:37
• Mehamed Gomez, 8, 17:45
• Alek Pike, 9, 17:54
• Zack Speir, 12, 18:15

The top five for the Landmark girls were region champion, Elizabeth Gresham, with a time of 20:00. She was followed by:
• Kaity Bulger, 3, 20:17
• Caroline Jones, 7, 20:56
• Christian McGuire, 11, 21:39
• Kassie Deel, 12, 21:40

The two squads will try to win state titles once agaain this weekend. The boys have won state titles in Class A five of the last six years, while the girls have won state titles the last two years in a row.
