Chapman/Maxwell

Who ever said Eric Maxwell didn't want to be closely associated with Sam Chapman should read page 11A of Thursday's edition (7/13) of the Fayette Daily News. Doesn't look that way to me. As I recall, you said something like Maxwell doesn't want to be tied to Chapman and Maxwell asked Sam not to put their signs up together.

You know that there is a difference between political ads sponsored by individuals and political ads being placed by candidates don't you? One must be approved by the candidate, the other doesn't. I could buy a political ad and recommend we vote for Greg and write-in Rosie O'Donnell. Does that tie them together?

Just curious if you comprehend the difference.

However, no candidate should ever tie themselves to another, period. It's never a good idea and is in the "Campaign Management 101" handbook.

That goes for Greg and Linda, Eric and Jack, whomever. It just ain't smart campaigning.

When someone writes an ad and pays for it with their own money, what can anyone do? This person likes both Sam and Eric. Kenny Melear likes both Jack Smith and Eric. Melear is having a meet and greet for Smith and Maxwell this Saturday. Hollis Harris paid for and wrote the ad for Chapman and Maxwell. Everyone loves Eric!

Take a break. There's not a soul on this sight that hasn't already made up their mind as to whom they are voting for. Peter the Weasel I kindly ask you to just shush until Tuesday night. If your guy wins then come on here with your Peter name and gloat for....let's say....until the following Friday? Unless theirs a runoff of course.

If I'm wrong please let me know. I'll shout it out real loud so we can verify whether or not we need to ramble on about next Tuesday.

DOES ANYONE NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE SUPPORTING THIS COMING TUESDAY? OK THEN, LET'S TALK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE FOR A LITTLE WHILE. HOW ABOUT THIS. "GO JEWS GO"!

As I have mentioned before, I am very new at this. I think I have posted about 4 things. Following two of them I have been accused of being someone else - once "Janet" and now "Peter". Please believe me, I am just an average Peachtree City resident expressing my thoughts. Obviouslly no one thinks much of my opinions, and that is ok. Differences are what make the world interesting, but I don't think anyone else should take the blame or the credit for what I write. Why is who I am so important anyway?

Have you ever had someone say to you "Hey, I know you from somewhere. You look mighty familiar". Then after confirming that it wasn't in the county jail in the wee hours of the morning you give up and tell them...."I don't think so". Well...let's just say I thought I recognized you for someone else. My apologies. Perhaps it will help if I just say that you have probably been called a lot worse by much better. Welcome and glad you're here Mr. Weasel

No ones going to change anyones mind at this point so we should all find something else to talk about.
