Wow, Herb must not like Greg Dunn. What does that say to the rest of us?

a. Greg is a leader who pulls together the opposing factions on county commission and gets things done.

b. Herb wants to replace him since he's been around the dipstick for too many years and he feels it is time for a change.

I think I will go with "b," and vote Maxwell (but not Chapman).

It may be true that Herb doesnt like Greg but there is an underlying theme. Try the additional option.

C. Herb wants to oust Dunn so he can become Chairman.

Greed is the center piece for any power hungry official.

OhMy, you got it right. When analyzing behavior - look for the money first - then look for the power.

You are correct, Frady needs the power and Dunn is in the way.
Frady may drag Peter into his pro-development, pro-annexation agenda and possibly Horgan, but he needs Chapman to beat Smith in their runoff to be 100% sure of his power.
