Bud Dowdey

I am looking to work with Builders, Developers, and Construction companies in the area as my photo specialty is Aerial Photography.
Anyone have any words of wisdom for me?

Hi there-
First off, if you're going to be on Hwy. 74 in Tyrone make sure you dim your lights, no cracks in your windshield, all lights are in working order and NO SPEEDING!!! Also, get your license tag changes ASAP after you get here-that's another reason to be stopped.
Good luck and best wishes!

and keep your car in proper working order, and keep your registration current, you should be fine, correct?

and I agree with doing all those things you stated. I just don't expect to get ticketed for minor infractions that I stated. I do believe in strict enforcement of the speed limit-this was just a friendly warning to a newcomer. I also wear my seat belt which is a state law. I support law enforcement and just would like to see them tone it down.

from coming down 74. Anything within the law that is. I see them out there a good portion of the time, running radar. I usually cruise around 5 or so over the limit, no problems.

I'll say this, living in Peachtree City has made me pay more attention to the speed limits.

I didn't think you were looking for advice on how or where to drive, but that happens quite a bit here - us getting off track.

Anyway, visit the Falcon Field Airport --- National Weather Service is nearby may have nothing to do with aerial photographpy but it is certainly interesting.

Also join the Mid-West Georgia Homebuilder's Association and the Fayette Board of Realtors as an associate member.

Mike Rossetti is a buillder, developer and pilot - contact him through Raven Homes.

Dear Mr. Shefcom:

You are very fortunate to have moved to this great area. Our family has been here for about 15 years, and for the most part people are friendly, kind and willing to help. I do, however, take exception to the recommendation made to you to contact Mr. Mike Rossetti. Yes, he is a businessman, pilot, the works! But ask the people of the Cedar Croft subdivision how they have been treated by him, and I can assure you they will tell you about another side of him. But we all know that precious adage: "What goes around, comes around." At any rate, welcome to town and my you find exactly what you are looking for.
