Is Everybody Drinking & Driving????

Its a little scary that alot of the citizens in PTC feel that their elected official after being ticketed for an OBVIOUS open container in the form of a glass of wine is drinking and driving shd have 'nothing happen to him...what's the big deal'.
You must be joking!!??? What if he or any one ran over one of your children or elderly family member who couldn't get out of the way??? Yep, you people who voted this way are very
immature and a little stupid.

Total mayhem and bedlam. I still don't think what happened was a big deal.

One minor correction. The City Manager is not an elected offical. He still should be held to a higher standard, but I believe his is an appointed possition.

Obviously since there has never been a DWC death in the entire history of PTC, it must not be a big problem or safety issue.

Tell the family that is victimized by the first DWC that it wasn't a problem or safety issue. If you don't perceive it as a big problem thats your opinion; however, if you don't perceive it as a safety issue, you need to check ebay for a brain. Were you neglected as a child?

p.s. It shouldnt be too much to ask to hv our elected officials obey the laws.

I guess it shouldn't be too much to ask law enforcement to obey the rights afforded under the Constitution or to give a citation that is appropriate for the offence...open container? I guess you think both the president & vice-president should resign for their total of 3 "indiscretions."

You whine too much, but you actually amuse me. The only thing I would ask is that you make a point once in a while that is a little intelligent. At any rate, I do appreciate your opinion.

Not to confuse the issue, the whining too much comment was directed to bladderqueen. I'm sorry bladderq.

They did charge him appropriatly; he broke several city ordinances and he blew .10 he was leagally drunk. His belligerent attitude towards our police officers is why he should be fired. If our police officers would have caved in to his bully belligerent behaviour this city would have been opened up to lawsuits from everyone who has ever been popped for a DUI here.
