BOE Qualifications

I found the code for qualifying for the board of education where it states that a person may not be employed and "serve" on the board. Could Mr. Hobbs please direct me to the law that says a person cannot even "qualify" if they are employed by the board?

No he can't because he counts on no one reading the actual wording of a law. He wants it to say what he wants it to say. This lady needs to appeal since she'll be a shoo-in after this obvious dirty trick by or on behalf of a weaker candidate.

Which candidate is the weaker one? I don't know who they are. Can you fill me in?
