BellSouth Trucks all over PTC - What's going on?

Has anybody else noticed the BS trucks all over the city? Yesterday during lunch I counted a total of 6 trucks during a 8 minute drive.

Anybody know what they are doing? I'm secretly hoping for more DSL bandwidth, or even FttPs!

They are going wireless

After the big merger they had to find some way to cut costs, so they are removing all the phone lines and all the other equipment. It will be replaced with one big wireless zone for all of Peachtree City by the end of the year.

My understanding is that is a far superior system. Hope it is.
