A Clayton County school bus driver has become the 10th man arrested for soliciting sex online from an undercover police officer whom he thought was 15 years old, Peachtree City police said.

Pastor Mohammad Bolton, 31, of McDonough, was arrested Wednesday after he made contact with the undercover officer, police said. Bolton first contacted the officer on the Internet, arranging the in-person meeting “for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act,” police said.

Bolton is charged with violation of the computer pornography and child exploitation act of 1999, police said.

In addition to being a bus driver, Bolton is also a youth minister with the Church of Harvest International, located on Tara Bouldevard in Jonesboro, and the Xcceleration Track Club, police said.

I'd say the Church of the Harvest better shuck the bus driver.

Although I'm glad another pervert is busted, I have two questions involving civil liberties (not that anyone around here believes in those):

1. Is it legal for an adult to impersonate a 15-year-old girl online? Sounds pretty sick to me.

2. How did they track the offender? I thought they had to get his IP address from his internet provider.

NOTE: I am not supporting the creep, but he tried to have contact with an ADULT who was PRETENDING to be a child. That's just weird.
