New Park in Union City

I only have one question !! In 1997, the taxpayers of Union City voted for a General Obligation Bond Referendum for land to be purchased for a new park. By doing so, the citizens levied a 3.5 property tax on themselves. Where is that park? It doesn't exist. Where is the taxpayers' money that has been paid for this park?

Just what Union City needs is more townhomes with more children to roam the streets. Where is the park and recreation for these children. What kind of city government does this place have?
