IF PTC has the capacity and it will reduce my cost of service, then I say we should make a good business decision and sell the service with the provision that we can terminate with notice.

Nobody at all cares about your cost being reduced. All they care about is new users and more revenue.

"Terminate without notice" ??? you moron, where does the sewerage go then? Into the neighbors yard? The nearest stream?

You can't "sell the service with the provision that we can terminate with notice." Once the sewer is approved, they have vested rights and anyone else in the vicinity gets it too. Read Beverly's editorial.
