Tyrone Oak Trees no obstacle for Tyrone Developer

I was very disappointed to see that the developer in charge of Legacy Theatre cut down historic oaks on that beautiful roadside property. I thought Tyrone had a tree ordinance that protected such treasures??????????????? Where was the Town Manager when all this was going down???? Will the developer be finded handsomely and will the Mayor and Council deny any future zoning/variance requests submitted by this sneaky developer???? This was no oversight...this was done purposely because those trees were in his way!!! It's high time something is done about develpers in Tyrone who think they are GOD!!! and Town Managers who turn with a blind eye!!!! You know there is a small cemetary on that property...I wonder if he will be so mighty and arrogant to "unearth the dead"???? Mayor and Council do your job!!! Stop this developer and oust Amos!!!!!!!!!!

Listen, until there is a clear new majority on the town council Amos isn't going anywhere or it would have already happened. Start a petition to have him ousted, then when council members don't act on
the petition they will be voted out of office. Make sure you let everyone know where to go to sign it here on your blog.

To Aunt Bea and Barney, that developer IS the town treasure, not only will he NOT be fined, he'll get all the variances he wants on that property. He is the same who was suppose to have left 'green space' in front of his stripmall but cut down ever tree on the property, leaving nothing but red clay to run down to 74. Aunt Bea was so proud, she put her re election signs right in the middle of the mulk! He's the same who poured a golfcart path, [with Barney's blessings] so steep it would have put the 6 Flags rollercoaster ride to shame! Irrate towns people made them tear it down. The same that had the people of Mill Brook smelling their own raw sewage for over a month. While he is merrily entombing Mill Brook in more industrial and commerical buildings, has anyone but me noticed that as densley as he has developed it, there is only one entrance? For all the lots next to railroad tracks and cemetaries they have let him develop...I don't know of any 'green space' he has given to the town.
