Kedron shopping center

Work continues on the third phase of the Kedron Village shopping center, anchored by a Target store. The project will open this summer and city officials are working to get a traffic light for the intersection of Ga. Highway 74 and Georgian Park to handle the anticipated influx of vehicles.

I was hoping we could get more than one new traffic light out of this Kedron Village shopping center enhancement. Oh well, maybe later, if this enhancement causes any traffic issues.

I agree with Highgreen on this one for sure.

There already is one light at Peachtree Parkway, this will make two for that center. Do you want to completely stop traffic to I-85 and look like GA 85 in Riverdale? Come on, think about a few others for a change.

As development, both residential and commercial continues along Hwy 74, it won't be long until it resembles Hwy 85 in Riverdale.

Mark my words, another 3-4 years and it will be the same stop and go all the way to I-85.
