Can anyone recommend an inexpensive handy man?

I need some some work up on my chimney and need to find a handy man that doesn't mind being on a ladder. Any ideas and/or numbers for the PTC area? It is not masonry work.

I marvel at your remark as you have no idea what this would entail. Most contractors do not want to bring a ladder to fix a possible hole in a chimney cap. What do you suggest, you big spender who cares not of any fixed budget? And I see how little you value Mexican laborers, or is that just your idea of anonymous bigotry? Guttersnipe

That gets you no where. Im not a big spender, I do it myself. And if its out of my ability I call local fayette only contractors like Timberline, Routine Mtc or Pheifer Bldg. They also employ locals so your hard earned money stays here. It doesnt leave the country. So here it goes, Seal the borders stop the invasion. You have a nice day

I have 38 jumps, but I have a bum leg now and I hate heights. I think I have an opening at the top of the chimney that is allowing chipmunks to climb in, fall and die. Just help a fellow out with a number.... Smiling

Personally, I'd stop by my local Fire Station and ask them first. I know there are some Firemen who have a Chimneycleaning business--anyway, they would know who could best help.
