Tried to take the neighborhood kids to Monkey Joes today in Fayetteville. Another one bites the dust!

Even in good economic times Fayette County seems to be over built in retail space.

What is the ideal number or square footage of retail space per citizen? Our formula doesn't seem to be working.

It is somewhat overbuilt..

and at one time relied on buying power from areas of Clayton County. This buying power has evaporated and it is showing.
