Will they really build it now?

the next excessive shopping center next to Planterra? You know the one with the great big store built on city streets!

I'm not speaking of the one already built, a little to the West, that has two or three open stores back in the back, I think. Don't know if any cars go back there.

Will they really build it now or was it a fake to get the roads and the traffic lights for a group of Norwegian Dentists to purchase later at a profit?
