Just a little refresher in case you've forgotten what this blowhard said as a candidate ! Check it out before it's pulled.

Why would this newspaper pull this? This goes to show that it is not easy to 'change' the Washington way of doing business. We will see 'when' a bill is actually sent to this president, if we get the 5 days to read it as promised - or ask why! Getting the lobbyist and our representatives to have 'open' meetings is going to take more than 8 months. . but I hope with the modern technology, we will be able to have this transparency also. (This Congress has such poorly written bills' - that it would take the average citizen 5 days to wade through a bill) {It will be interesting to see which legislators/lobbyists resist this 'open meeting' development. . .especially as legislators look for financial support for the 2010 elections.} I still support this administration in it's effort to 'change.

That was some serious spin. Obama should be proud that he has someone as devoted as you. It doesn't take long to make changes in Washington that don't require Congressional approval and Presidential signature. He could have inacted any number of those "changes" by now, if he intended to. He doesn't. It's been over nine months now. When does his term actually start with you guys? When is it his mess? When is it his fault that unemployment is over 10% for the first time since 1983?

Now, let me give you our side of his promises. It is a textbook example of a politician saying ANYTHING in order to get elected. Ignorant people believe this crap and never follow-up on promises made or expose promises broken. It is called "politics as usual" and people just accept it. You always talk about demanding more from Congress, and I couldn't agree more. (Hell, Congress has nowhere to go but up in my eyes.) You should demand more from your hero too.

This recession was not caused by Obama--how can you even think that?

He is doing all they will let him do to resolve it.

The lack of rules for the banks, insurance companies, and credit excesses caused what may yet be a Depression!

Too busy with two wars I suppose to care about crooks. Cheney got his 30 million however for his work!

Let the man try--what is the matter with you?

Yeah, yeah...we've all heard your theories on what happened. My question remains Bonker$. When does your boy's term REALLY START??? Since the unemployment is rising steadily (in inverse proportion to his poll numbers) under his watch, are you saying his policies are actually "working"? If they are "working", please stop them.....

When Liberals say it's great.. You can bet it's bad
When Liberals say it's Freedom.. You can bet it's not
When Liberals say it's Competition.. you can bet it's the lack thereof
When Liberals say Obama's policies are working.. you can bet we are headed for a crash.. that is unless they can blame it on Bush.

Nothing is his fault..
10.2% Unemployment
Record Deficits
Dollar crashing
Prices skyrocketing
War Policies creating Morale issues
Scraping 13 Billion dollar programs and offering no solutions
I have never seen a more corrupt and incompetent President then this one.. Carter had his faults but he was never this wildly out of touch.. Makes you wonder what the real agenda is..

"A Government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have." Thomas Jefferson

Had to do with the video being pulled from U-tube. Nothing to do with the Citizen. To be honest I imagine that statement had to do with the implication that Obama has the clout to get negative stuff deleted from the web. I just copied the text from the e-mail that brought it. Didn't think it was that confusing. Oh, to your comment that you support this administration's efforts with clarity in government, I think you missed the mark. Believe it had to do with it's ability to get elected.
