That Atlanta Bread Company restaurant at the Fayette Pavilion re-opened Tuesday with a new look and an enhanced menu, both designed to follow the changing preferences of customers.

Marketing Vice President Chris Campagna said the store’s remodeling came after surveys showed that customers wanted more booths and more privacy.

“It’s more modern and more contemporary but it’s also comfortable and relaxed,” Campagna said. “We added walls to create nooks and added more comfortable chairs where people can meet or get on the Internet. The new look ties in with the cultural fusion in our re-engineered menu.”

The idea with the enhanced menu was to “take it to another level,” Campagna said.

“With TV food networks and the Internet, people are being exposed to a lot more tastes and flavors, and they wanted us to up the ante,” Campagna said of the customer surveys the company had conducted.

Campagna said Atlanta Bread’s new signature sandwiches feature a combination of international flavors he believes will meet the expectations of their customers.

The owners of the Fayette Pavilion store are Howard and Jenna Aronowitz.
